I have a similar experience. I had a punch list that was supposed to be completed prior to closing March 2020. It’s more than a year and punch list is not completed. And, because most things were not completed at closing when I contacted Tim to finish he was not responsive and I had to get my agent involved. Worst builder I've ever seen. Never fulfills commitments. Won't show for punch list. Do not buy his houses. Every person in our neighborhood had these issues with him
