While it was nice to see the history at this Tim's, the service was terrible. Waited almost 30 min for a sandwich. Staff were confused and disorganized.
Was hoping for more in terms of history and customer service. It’s just another Tim Hortons with some memorabilia on the walls. The upstairs museum is closed (for good)? The staff are the same as most locations, don’t know their products, etc. Lots of flies in the donut counter too.
I come here often and every single time my order is screwed up. It's ridiculous.

By far the worst tim hortons to ever exist. Every single time im there i have to wait more then 15 mins for a coffee. Minimum. Ive walked out of this dump countless times. DO BETTER! HIRE MORE STAFF
