Ii stopped at the Revelstoke Tim Hortons on Saturday Aug 2 when I was driving through on my way to Kelowna. I have NEVER been to a more disgusting restaurant. There was 1 almost clean table. The restaurant was filthy. Then I went to the bathroom. That was beyond filthy. It's the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. Is there noone who checks the bathrooms regularly? Obviously not. The whole restaurant was disgustingly filthy. The bathrooms are a site that I’ve never seen before the first three tables that I went to never been clean properly finally found one when I was standing in line there was a customer sitting on a table. I don’t think I ever wanna go back there again
Singh hortons has gotten out of control, they mess youre orders up consistently because they can't execute the language. Over charge on items. I'm tired of giving my money to people who can't give you what you pay for!
It's become an overwhelming experience, going there.! I cannot understand anyone there, the employees are not friendly and foreign workers! Not that I care but orders are going out wrong because of the speech barrier?
The quality assurance across the board is very unreliable. A few places have wonderful service and great quality, while the majority are falling far behind. It's up to head office to set the standards and to keep it up...is all on you. How you treat your staff is how you treat your customers. And what's with the miniature replica's of the old classic donuts? They look like they should be on a miniature doll set...like W.T.F. and you want to charge full price.WOW!!!
