Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I stopped in early morning while traveling and asked for something as simple as a soup bowl so my dog could have water. I even bought a coffee to support the business. They charged me extra and handed me a large coffee cup — completely useless, since my dog couldn’t even fit her nose inside it. Every single time I get a hot beverage the cup is NEVER full always down a good inch = 1-2 oz It is a fight to get it topped up to get what is paid for. Lg according to online is 20 oz and I’m regularly given 15-18 in my mug that labeled on the inside. They refuse to put the lid on my refill cup. Even through drive threw. Has resulted in spilling hot beverages on lap. Staff does not smile or greet in friendly manner
