Staff is freindly and they get busy often but a great place to eat ^^
This is by far the best Tim Hortons in the area, I'm from Black Diamond and will drive right past our local Tim Hortons to go visit the awesome crew at the 100 Southbank Blvd location. Mariz is always there in the morning with a bright smile to lighten your day, and If you stop in the afternoon you will find Kim who is always very welcoming and friendly along with the rest of the crew,I highly recommend stopping in this location to experience the good ol Tim Hortons experience.
You really should go inside and meet the team. I’m a regular customer. Every morning, I stop for a medium coffee (one cream, one milk) and a medium Caramel Iced Coffee with extra caramel. I’m mentioning the order because they’ll probably recognize me. Lol. Irene, the manager, is a genuine light. Her positive energy set the tone for everyone’s morning.
