Update: I went in today to collect a mobile order. After waiting for a bit I was told that they didn't have the item. I was asked to wait a few minutes so he can serve a few customers before he can refund me. I waited but the line kept growing. I asked again about the refund and I was told I need to wait for him to clear the line...that kept growing. I couldn't wait anymore and left without my refund. Very slow service with errors and poor customer service. The staff seem well meaning but could definitely use more training. I’ve never been to a slower Tim Hortons. When errors were pointed out, there was no apology or acknowledgment.I simply had to wait all over again.

I started using the Tim Hortons app and the coffee and breakfast are ready extremely fast. The coffee is on the counter and the food in a couple minutes after walking in.
