Would recommend adding an additional staff member at Gate B3 Tims. Poor ladies are on shift alone with a never-ending line all day/night. Working hard but tough shift solo. Appreciate their hard work!
Terrible service; all the staff are rude, slow older ladies. Cannot get the orders right and only with you rather than listen to the customer and repeat order before payment for clarification.
Worst experience, the order taker was obviously stressed which caused her to ne extremely rude to customers and serving low quality coffee and a cold cookie, I asked if she can reheat it, her answer was that her manager has taken the wicrowave away. This branch here has no Tims standards.
