Absolutely horrible. We got our food before our drinks, had enough time to finish them and then had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a regular ice cap and a protein coffee. I ordered whip cream on my ice capp but they didn’t even add it. Other people got their drinks before us, and they ordered after us. Workers are rude, slow to take and make orders. They consistently get orders wrong, even a simple order. When you ask for your order to be fixed they will treat you like you're a nuisance, argue with you and raise their voice. If you ever come here be prepared to wait a long time (half an hour+ is expected) be treated like you're begging (even by workers wearing management shirts) and not get what you wanted in the first place.
