I made a mobile order today at 9:36 for a large Vanilla iced cap made with oat milk and a large iced coffee. Normally I don’t complain over mistakes but as someone who previously worked at Tim Hortons, I understand how the mobile order system can fail. With my large iced cap I ordered no whipped topping as I’m lactose intolerant, I’m not going to argue with the fact that the receipt doesn’t say no whip so they made it how it’s normally made… that’s fine.
