Very poor service at this location. It is very uncommon for me to post a negative review as I believe in always trying our best to resolve issues with products or services with a team member. However, on this occasion I have to admit I had a very difficult and disappointing experience. I ordered a Boston Cream donut with my coffee and the taste was very off. It was clearly a stale donut. Maria was very rude on multiple occasions. I'm a regular. The amount of times she has given me attitude after she's made a mistake on an order is alot. I understand mistakes happen but why be rude?
This location needs to catch up and start doing decaf iced lattes like the others…
