Barista used a metal spoon was kept in a disturbed water cup to stir my drink. Gross.
The service is quick and they usually get the order right.
I hate to write a review for Tim’s.. But no customer should face rudeness and attitude for no reason. I ordered an Oreo ice cap. Massara made me a mocha ice cap, I politely told her that doesn’t look right. Her and her colleague by I think the name mazda, kept arguing with me and trying to teach me how to order a simple drink that I’ve gotten for years. And when I told them to remake it, Massara said “suuuuure” and mazda started to laugh. I’m sorry but no, I’m not allowing such attitude from anyone.
2.6 rating says it all. Customer service was very cold and dismissive. Can’t even do the bare minimum. Absolutely unacceptable. There’s lady named MARIA - get your long, dirty fingernails trimmed, extremely unhygienic and concerning. To make it worse, they were rude not only towards me but to all the customers in the line. Pretty sure not returning back ever again as noticed none of the review was ever acknowledged by management. If you are reading this, save your money and your good mood for rest of the day.
