Friendly staff, great coffee, great experience!
Had a nice visit to this Tim Hortons in Conestoga Mall. The staff were super polite and friendly, and even when it was a bit busy they moved things along quickly. Coffee was fresh, pastries looked great, and the place was clean and easy to get to inside the mall. A good spot for a quick coffee break while shopping.
I ordered a Caramel Toffee Iced Latte at Tim Hortons, but the drink I received was very poorly made. It seemed like just because I was using an offer/discount, they didn’t prepare it properly. The taste was so bad that I couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it away. Very disappointing experience
Barista used a metal spoon was kept in a disturbed water cup to stir my drink. Gross.
