I think I speak for everyone that I'm so sick and tired of having to smell the stink coming off these employees, how is my food going to be hygienic when this guy has clearly never showered in his life?

Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in Conestoga Mall. The staff do not listen to customers’ requirements and instead insist on their own rules without any proper explanation. On top of that, it's very unprofessional , which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service is clearly lacking here. I hope management addresses these issues and make sure the the rules and regulations staff to be more respectful and attentive.

Worst staff, worst service. Have their own rules which is not any other location! Had a frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons in Conestoga Mall. The staff were unwilling to listen to simple customer requests and seemed more focused on enforcing their own rules than providing service. The attitude was rude and dismissive, which is not what you expect from a well-known brand. Definitely needs improvement in customer service and staff behavior.

I’m a regular customer at this time Hortons coz i work in conestoga mall. There’s a recent new Indian hire girl( i forgot her name ) , she is really rude not at all polite. Everyone else are so good so polite so sweet . Idk what’s written with her every single time .
