Wow, Maria, you really got to be more customer service friendly. I stood in line this morning and heard other employees saying, I can help you over here, then I look and I’m being stared at like I’m wasting her time. I approach, no greeting, just a sour look, ordered, got my coffee un stirred and handed to me without comment, I said thank you, no comment again. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. I think I speak for everyone that I'm so sick and tired of having to smell the stink coming off these employees, how is my food going to be hygienic when this guy has clearly never showered in his life?
Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in Conestoga Mall. The staff do not listen to customers’ requirements and instead insist on their own rules without any proper explanation. On top of that, it's very unprofessional , which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service is clearly lacking here. I hope management addresses these issues and make sure the the rules and regulations staff to be more respectful and attentive.
