It was a very hot and sunny Saturday. I was thirsty, and everything I wanted was to rehydrate. And they refused to sell me a bottle of water! I visited many drive-thrus over the world and specifically in Ontario. Nobody refused to service me on drive-thru even if I'm on a bicycle. But here I heard that it's not safe to sell me a bottle of water. One star is generous. Had to wait about 10 minutes at the counter before being served. Lots of people busily working, but they were taking care of the drive through. In the end, they gave me a different donut from what I ordered. Will not return here again.
Lady taking my order at drive through rude. I asked her what muffins there were and her response was, the usual. She also had a really really hard time hearing us through the speaker. I had to shout for her to hear. She also seemed annoyed at us that she couldn’t hear. Very poor service.
