I ordered chipotle veggie wrap & they just gave me one hashbrown instead of two and when I tell them this they were arguing that they made right order & they didn’t made any mistake in my order.
Absolute garbage of service third time coming here through the drive thru and each time i order the grilled cheese and they take my money and then tell me to go park at the front of the building unfortunately thats not what a drive thru is for mcdonalds does this garbage of parking people place food orders and now this brantford location and trying to do this garbage approach with only 1 other car in the drive thru with me i could understand if the drive is packed but 1 other car in the drive thru and you still gonna try and... read more
Staff needs training. I have worked customer service for over 20 years and I order to be successful you have to know how to talk to people and deal with difficult situations. Whoever was working the drive through at 4:30 pm July 1 should be fired and give the job to people who really like dealing with the public or it is going to cost this franchise
