When we went in the other day it was busy and tables filthy. Couldn't hear over the loud laughter and loud different language speaking in the background(drive thru). Also person in front quite rude. We took out because no where to seat because dirty. Bathrooms were bad too.
The staff here are great. Always quick in the Drive through. Great consistency which is why I use this Tim's regularly.
I recently stopped here and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly even during a busy time. My coffee was fresh and exactly how I ordered it, and the food tasted great as well.
The guy working at drive thru was very rude. We specifically ordered a steep tea with 3 milks, no sugar. The guy working there was apparently offended the way we ordered. And asked us to repeat the order again without saying 'no sugar.' Like it DOESN'T hurt to know that a customer specifically wants no sugar. But no, you just had to be all worked up about it. Almost as if he hates his job so much. This isn't the first time he's like this. Everytime we come here, he always has this passive aggressive attitude.
