Drive thru is SLOW! Service is horrendous. Hire more people or close your doors.
I normally do not review if I have one small thing that didn't go right or mishap, but the fact that it was several is why I need to express my experience. I went on my lunch break and ordered a loaded bowl (which I have at many other stores) this one had rotten lettuce (black and slimy) and no cucumbers, barely any of the other toppings it was supposed to have.
