The service was extremely slow, waited in line for about 20-25 minutes when the inside was not very busy, acknowledged the order reader blinking four orders as overdue for online pickup for about 10-15minutes but the line for that side seemed to take a long time for service as well. When I was served, the attendant was curt and seemed annoyed with my order for a coffee and a muffin, they slapped the coffee down without a word and turned back to their business, but that part was fast. Hours are wrong.
This is by far the dirtiest and slowest Tim Hortons in Oromocto. Been here many times and it’s consistently filthy and mind numbing slow. The food is fine but the rest is awful. It’s fine in a pinch but wow have the health and safety standards dropped in this province
Whew! Timmies, what have you done??? I was shocked when I walked in. I don't know what happened, but I don't think I've seen a dirtier store. The tables were all dirty, the window sills were covered in sprinkles, crumbs and general dirt, and the floors had layers of dirt. There were 4 people in the store when I arrived, 2 seated, one waiting for an order and myself, so I can't see why they didn't have time to clean. I come here every morning, they are always friendly. Only tims that is capable of making a good ice coffee around.
