Some kid named Tristan served me and he was polite and my order was right and on time
Maybe have more than one person working cash during prime morning hours (open-10am) people need to be at work by 10 latest and would like a coffee, tea, ect. Quit being cheap and not paying for an extra 2 people when you know it'll be busy. Rather than losing customers cause they can't wait 30-45 mins to get a fn coffee
The slowest tim Hortons in Oromocto. Painfully slow. I've been the sole person in store and still had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. Needs a major management and staff overhaul.
