Today was actually a good day at this location. There is a employee by the name of Monica she's an asset to this location. I believe she could run the store with her eyes closed and keep the customer happy. This store can really get the business back if there's a crew and management that cares.
They rarely ever get the food order right. The signage was down for weeks. Inconsistent with coffee, you can order it the same way each time and it comes out tasting different. They now close early, their dining room was closed due to being short staffed. Staff I have seen are fairly friendly, but there are only 1 or 2 familiar faces. I would skip it, but it is my only Tim Hortons on the way to work, and I love the actual taste of their coffee.
