These morning ladies are awesome, and they bust their asses. Especially being in core downtown in the morning. And Mrs. Wonderful I don't know her name but she's always got her hair tied back and wears black glasses, she works so hard, and I always look forward to saying hi in the morning. Divya, honestly I've never had a better drink made it's the best I ever had (roasted hazelnut cold brew) it's always pictures perfect and just so perfect every single time. I don't go to Starbucks as often anymore

Your two staff working on November 2 at 11:00 am have horrible customer service waited so long for my mobile order.They kept serving customers over my mobile order waited over 15 minutes for them to make it. When I asked about my mobile order, the one gave me attitude.There's only two people working.I get that, but my order was in before the other orders from the people waiting in line.It's not my fault you're understaff i don't care if that you had two kids in there.That took ten minutes to make up their mind.What they want... read more
You're getting one star girl behind the counter. Had terrible customer service I was a regular this location too. That's the worst part. I was paying with debit. I hadn't scanned my points. I let her know that I hadn't scam my points so she smacked the side of her till aggressively like wow okay that's uncalled for. So she's snarkly asking anything else. So I just said you know what.
