You're getting one star girl behind the counter. Had terrible customer service I was a regular this location too. That's the worst part. I was paying with debit. I hadn't scanned my points. I let her know that I hadn't scam my points so she smacked the side of her till aggressively like wow okay that's uncalled for. So she's snarkly asking anything else. So I just said you know what. Disgusting customer service. After standing and waiting patiently for 15 minutes while he served the customer before me. He makes no indication what side of the counter he could service the next person. Knowing that I was next he went and served people who had just came in. So I walked out and took my business elsewhere.
I go here every morning absolutly no issues and staff is super chill but the small dorky girl secretly hates me I think..
Between my wife and I, we've had completely different experiences, and that concerns me greatly. Mine was always pleasant with the two usual staff there, but my wife constantly talked about rude experiences, so we decided to test it. My wife went in first, tried to order, and didn't even recieve a "hello", or "sorry", simply met with "Look around you! We don't have that." The face said it all, but I wanted to test it.
