I went through the drive through and purchased a medium iced Chai latte. I am aware of places filling cups with lots of ice and I understand it is a policy for most places. However this seemed a little excessive. The cup was filled to the brim with ice and I got 5 sips out of my drink before it was completely gone. Had the pleasure of interacting with Isaac after a late night Sens game travelling back home. I had may questions about products (not being a regular consumer of Tim’s products) and even with a lineup he remained calm, professional and patient. It was much appreciated after a long night.
