They charge for cup of tap water and they don’t spread enough cream cheese on bagels.
I had a very frustrating experience at Tim Hortons drive-thru. The employee seemed unsure of how to take orders and didn’t communicate clearly, which caused delays and confusion. The service was slow, and it felt like the staff were not properly trained to handle customers efficiently.
The food quality is ok-ish, but they never listen when I ask them to smear the cream cheese half on each side of the bagel. They don’t have baked goods early in the morning, while Bridgeport does. And why does it look more like a motel than a coffee shop in the mornings? Between the leaks making the tables wet, and no less than half a dozen people sleeping on benches, chairs and tables, you can’t even find a place to sit!
