Mobile ordered and unfortunately missed the exit. Which was my fault however I tried to call because it was set to be made yet for them to cancel. I was informed I had to go through app told where to go did that and the app said I can’t cancel because I ordered already. So lost my money completely. One other time the store was able to give me refund. Apparently not anymore and neither could app even though the order wasn’t started.
This tims seems to struggle with staffing issues. It was a long wait in drive through, and our order was wrong. Asked for a scrambled egg farmer's wrap. Didn't get scrambled egg and no Hashbrown.
