I was followed to urgent care by a Tim Hortons manager within the hospital.She used a security guard to access the urgent care. He had a coffee when he walked in. Asked loudly a name and when I responded he said someone from Tim Hortons was here to see me. I stood and said I didn’t want to as I didn’t want to leave my seat. Today I had the worst experience with any coffee shop ever, I asked for hot milk and I offered to pay for coffee but my father sick in the hospital and he asked for hot milk but she refused……. To give me hot milk the manger said that’s against our rules!!!! What a rude attitude and what a behavior to treat a Costmer like is shame on Tim hortons its should be the most helpful and kind coffee and stuff
Worst service and very rude,, Today the manager gave us a lecture because we asked for hot milk! Even tho we wanted to pay for it or charge us anything for my sick father!!
Im in a scotter so at frist the staff was buzy filling take away orders leaving the people that were standing in line ignored. Then got served at last soup sandwich coffee.. waiting and waiting got it after a long wait and the sandwich had soaked threw the take out paper so it went into the garbage before leaving the hospital. It was a very poor service food was so sub standard I'd be ashamed if I owed this unfortunately it used to be a great location
