It’s unbelievable how rude some of the staff are at this location. If you’re dealing with old and sick people you should at least make an effort to not be openly scornful, no matter how much you don’t like your job

In one sentence my food for thought for this location would be this: I had enough time to both contemplate and write a negative google review about how poor the service was while waiting for my order to be ready. AKA waited 20 minutes with one person in front of me in line. While there is absolutely zero sense of urgency, your order will likely always be exact, however, don’t expect your bagels to be cut in half.
