Honestly. For a hospital, this is the worst run tim hortons ive ever been to. 5 am waiting 40 mins for breakfast, when theres no one in line. Wild

Always Understaffed. Mobile orders are not given priority. Takes forever to get your order. I had to remind the staff.
The civic hospital Tim Horton is way too crowded and short-staffed. It takes about 10 minutes just to order and another 20 minutes to actually get your food. Waiting that long ruins your appetite and leaves you feeling completely frustrated before you even take a bite.
