The workers are very horrible. They're always grumpy and give attitude to the customers. They are not organized and wait. Time can be anywhere from fifteen minutes to forty five minutes. Depending on how backed up, it is. They always close early, but yet the website says they're open until 2 AM. But I'm sitting here, at 10 PM and want a coffee, but yet they are closed up. When I asked the worker if they still had coffee. And didn't throw it out yet. He lied to me and said, no. They need to get better workers.
You already know what I'm gonna say. It's the same as every other Tim Hortons in Canada. I'm so done with this country. Thank God I'm permanently leaving. Sad and pathetic place.
Not enough staff here to cope with the mobile orders and lines! Also a scary amount of flies and dust. This Tims needs help, for a cafe in a hospital it is absolutely unacceptable.
I just waited 30 minutes for two sandwich combos and a donut. Do you realize how diabolical that is? Only got my order after repeatedly asking.
Horrible experience. EXTREMELY long wait time. Workers constantly talking to one another making jokes while clients waiting. Would never visit again. One small lady was running around doing everything while Johnny went ridiculously slow & the other woman whose name tag I couldn’t really see (Shana or something like that), ignored customers and went at snail pace.
