Not bad, sometimes very busy and they mess up your order. The staff are friendly and kind. They run out of good donuts fast.
The wait times are atrocious, to the point where I end up leaving after 15-20 minutes because maybe one person has been sort-of served. It's a near daily issue. Walk in, there's two people ahead of me. Ten minutes later there's one person ahead of me, but the first of the two people ahead of me is over to the side, still waiting for their order. This Tim needs improvements, service ok and the washroom is broken, the floor was dirty when I arrived, so sad to see that many Tims are worsening
