Don't order what you want, you won't get it. I think they just take the orders and hit a shuffle button. Napkins are also gold to them, they must get to take home what they don't give out because they love to put 5lbs of dripping butter on your bagel and not give you a single napkin.
Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper and no paper towels for hands.
This Tim’s is always slow, coffee isn’t fresh, orders are always wrong, or they’re out of what you’re looking for, not to mention the cleanliness of the place is disgraceful. Some of the staff is nice. But majority of them don’t understand English and have zero people skills (ie. “good morning”) when you pull up to the window or the speaker. Have been currently waiting in the line for 20 mins. (I ordered 2 coffees, and their is 4 cars infront of me) Would rather spend an extra few dollars and go to the cafe in this area.
Very pleasant on this day. My order was the way I like it.
