This is a busy Tim Hortons that doesn't have enough professional staff to create a consistent experience. I've had incorrect orders, long waits, rude staff and the place looks dirty. These constant bad experiences finally led me to a review
Very good café
"We're making a fresh batch" is a total farce. When I asked how long their muffins would take, they said they weren't actually making any, and didn't want to make any for me unless I was ordering multiples. These people are lazy and slow. They can't count money. They can barely get orders right. And now they refuse to make fresh muffins at 3 pm because some unintelligible excuse about not making anything between 4 and 6 (even though it was maybe 3:30 pm).
