I visited this Tim Hortons today and ordered two coffees at the drive-thru. The woman taking my order had a noticeably impatient and unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. When I asked for an extra cup of ice, she said it would cost 25 cents — something I’ve never been charged for at any other Tim Hortons location. Then, when I politely requested a tray to carry my coffees, she responded with a very rude tone, saying I should have mentioned it earlier at the ordering screen.
