Don’t waste your time at this Tim Hortons. The employee that served me had zero customer service skills. I ordered a large French Vanilla. She served me a medium. When I kindly asked her if she charged me a large since thats what I had ordered, she kept arguing with me and insisting that I ordered a medium. Never again will I go there.
I buy here at least twice a week This is the best Tim Hortons in the area. Kudos to the manager and employees, you can tell they care about their job. Always fresh, rarely any errors, food is always tightly wrapped and prepared, the also provide an excellent service Those are rare features for a Tim Hortons nowadays Keep it up!!!
