All tim hortons are going down hill. Can't get a single order correct even when they punch it in correct.
Value for money. Donuts are awesome
Never have products a peak times.. always going through 5 or 6 items until I finally get something I didn't want
Disappointed and feeling sad for my wife who jnsisted we go to Tim's for a coffee while she could run to the restroom- as it was an emergency. When she got there the outer bathroom door was locked so she had to ask for a key. Upon entering the 2 stall bathroom, one was occupied and the other vacant stall had no toiletries. Mind you this woman is in pain and in dire need but she left to go tell an employee that toiletries were needed in the stall because the other stall was occupied. Ordered a large soup and they gave me a small. This has happened a few times so this time i made sure i checked the bag and sure enough it was a small. The lady at the drive through was nice and took it back and informed me that they ran out of large containers. She gave me 2 smalls for my inconvenience. Something should have been said when i ordered about not having large containers instead of just giving a smaller size for the larger price LOL.
