Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The quality and flavor were disappointing, and the meal seemed to lack the freshness and attention to detail that one would expect from a restaurant. Combined with the overall experience, it did not provide good value for the price. I hope the restaurant reviews its food preparation and quality standards to improve future customers’ experiences.

I was disappointed with the level of service during my visit. The wait time for the order was excessively long, and there was very little communication regarding the delay. As a result, the experience was frustrating and inefficient. Timely service and clear communication are essential in the restaurant industry, and unfortunately, this establishment did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve operational efficiency and provide a better experience for both customers and delivery drivers.

The wait time is way too long. As an Uber driver, I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for an order to be ready. This causes delays for both drivers and customers. The restaurant needs to improve its order preparation time.”

We were excited to try Tim Ho Wan, but it was a disappointing experience. The dim sum was overpriced for what you get, and we’ve had far better food in Bellaire for less money. The service was also lacking and made the experience even more frustrating. For the price, I expected much better food and much better service. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself coming back.
