Bad Customer Service – The frontdesk receptionist, called my cellular phone asking about my fiance's policy which I am a driver on amd said that a bill that was due. When I asked how much it was they said that I was not on the bill and I explained that I am on the policy and I wanted to know how much it was so I can pay it. She said that she couldn't give me the info. She said that there was a change in the policy and a balance is owed. She proceeded to ask me if I am going to pay the bill or not very rudely.
