Tim was wonderful to deal with, definitely had a lot of questions as this was our first time buying and he was very helpful with everything we brought his way.

Tim Higham could not have been more of a perfect fit for me and my Fiancee to find our first home. He went above and beyond for us and we cant recommend him enough ! Every step of the way he was very kind and patient. When we buy our second home I truly hope he is still in the business and we get to work with him again.

Tim Higham made the process of selling our home seamless and we always felt supported by him and very well taken care of. He was always there to answer our questions and he was very straight forward with us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and just a fantastic, kind and respectful person. We would have him as our agent again with no question, there isn’t anyone better. Thank you Tim !
