On multiple occassions, Sandy, Barber at Headliners, has arrived to 20 minutes late for scheduled haircut appointments. Then spend an additional 15 -20 minutes before actually cutting my son's hair. This behavior has been tolerated for far too long. Sandy's behavior is unprofessional. She shows a lack of respect for her clients' time.
Tim always comes thru....great atmosphere...been going to him since i moved here in 2021...
