I have had State Farm insurance for over 20 years. Tim always returns my calls with helpful info.
Spoke with him back in July to cancel my homeowners policy because we sold the place. Actually had a good conversation because he lived in my hometown previously. Seemed like a good enough guy. BUT, he confirmed over the phone but never canceled it. We continued to get charged. I calle d back repeatedly and the woman who answers the phone kept saying she couldn't do anything but would give him the msg. Never got a call back. Finally my wife called today and said we were complaining to coprorate if we didn't get a call back. ... read more
