Tim built an addition onto the back of my house. The framing was not 16 inches on center, the walls were not square, the shingles on the roof are coming off and we had damage to our ceiling in 2 places where the addition meets the original house and water leaked through the roof, he used sub-par wood to do some of the closets, he built the porch with wood that has rotted spots, he did not put any backing behind the drywall for the kitchen cabinets to be hung, he spray painted the entire inside of the addition including the w... read more
