My father is in Greenbrier Nursing and rehab center. He was prescribed migraine medicine and was having trouble getting the insurance to approve it. The APRN drove from Conway to Greenbrier after work to deliver six samples to the nursing home! Now THAT’S what I call customer service and caring. She also worked to get the insurance approval.

I confirmed my appointment yesterday. I spoke to the booking clerk twice and at no time did she mention I was to be at the appointment 30 minutes early along with bringing paper that I never received. I was then told I would have to rebook because I wasn’t here 30 minutes early. I had already been waiting six months to get into see this doctor and I’m a very responsible person that never misses appointments they are too important.
