It’s honestly impressive how efficiently a medical office can manage to send out a bill—almost like it’s a top priority operation with flawless attention to detail. One might even assume that same level of urgency would apply to paperwork that determines whether a patient keeps their job and income. Apparently not. Amazing and helpful.
My father is in Greenbrier Nursing and rehab center. He was prescribed migraine medicine and was having trouble getting the insurance to approve it. The APRN drove from Conway to Greenbrier after work to deliver six samples to the nursing home! Now THAT’S what I call customer service and caring. She also worked to get the insurance approval.
