We highly recommend Tim Ford! We sold a Bozeman home from out-of-state, so we had many more needs than most sellers. Tim really went over and above to assist us with purchasing our first home. He was able to send us videos of the homes if we weren't able to see them in person. He was educated on different home repairs issues and also provided us with excellent recommendations for home repairs. He pointed out things in homes that we didn't notice at first glance. He has excellent communication skills, was prompt in interactions and overall, very pleasant. We'd recommend Tim Ford if you are looking for a real estate agent.
