We had a deeply disappointing experience with Tim Farragher Removals and unfortunately cannot recommend their services. On the day of our move, one of the removalists injured his back less than an hour in. This resulted in phone calls to management, talk of WorkCover claims (amongst the on-the-ground team), and an acknowledgment from the team that he could no longer physically assist. I was recommended this company by a friend. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly professional, well mannered and courteous. He responded to me right away and was a great communicator. The men who turned up to move had great attitudes and worked incredibly hard all day.
