I have had the same local agent and State Farm Insurance for 20 plus years. I've always found Mr. Esther to be very knowledgable and extremely helpful with what type and how much insurance I need. When I've had claims he was always there to walk me through the steps required to resolve the claim and answer any questions I've had about the process. I feel that he and State Farm have provided the insurance that I needed a fair cost.
Tim is great! Very kind and makes sure you are aware of everything that is going on during the process.
Worst company ever one they was suspose send the state showing I had insurance they failed.. also I’ve been with them for 14 years no tickets no accidents yet my insurance went up almost $100 end year they didn’t know how to run that office I give them 0 stars if I could money hungry is all they are switch my insurance saved over $200 what a joke they could case lee if I left
