Tim is great! Very kind and makes sure you are aware of everything that is going on during the process.
Worst company ever one they was suspose send the state showing I had insurance they failed.. also I’ve been with them for 14 years no tickets no accidents yet my insurance went up almost $100 end year they didn’t know how to run that office I give them 0 stars if I could money hungry is all they are switch my insurance saved over $200 what a joke they could case lee if I left

I have been with Tim I'd say 3 or 4 years now. Ever since day one any issues or questions I had about my policy or changes he was either on the phone right away with me or call me back very quickly. That is definitely a quality that you want on your side dealing with insurance. I was involved in an accident before and any question I had or concerned he was ready to talk about it and help me anyway he could. Couldn't ask for better customer service and response.
