Brad is an oustanding agent, and his staff, is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Ready to help – I have worked with Jeff Mayhew for about a year and a half. I was pretty new with Association Management at that time. Jeff has always been very patient and ready to help.
Horrible Experience – I have been a customer of the Feldmeier agency for more than 10 years. Last summer, my son got in some trouble for being in a vehicle with a controlled substance. His license was suspended and then actually expired during that same 30 suspension period. My son also moved out of my house in October. When my policy went to renew in November, they were going to raise my insurance rates to $500 PER MONTH!!!!
