Lucas from Tim Eastman Mechanical stopped to help my friend and I who were changing a flat tire just off I-5. He was super helpful and it was so kind of him to take time out of his day to help us. I always want to support business that hire awesome people like Lucas!
Mechanic came out to diagnose our machine, plugged in his tablet and sat in his truck for an hour and left. Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start and then sent us a bill for $500. We had one of our friends come over and take a look and it was a BRIGHT RED fuel pump line that wasn't connected. Started right up. We are extremely dissapointed at their professionalism and lack of competence. I will never refer them to anyone. Ever.
