Tim and his staff are fantastic. I have been with them over 10 years and they have been wonderful.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I didn't want to have to go through the Claims 800 number process again but this office was no help to me and said I would have to call them despite the information I needed being local info, not specific claims info.
