We met with several companies but we knew we met the right person for the job just by our experience with Tim coming to give us an estimate. Tim did an amazing job on installing my tile backsplash! He was great to communicate with and I would definitely recommend him!
Stood me up even after he messaged me to confirm the appointment. When I texted him 15 minutes after he was due, he said he could leave his place then and arrive in approximately 20 minutes along with the excuse of an “emergency.” No mention of an apology until I mentioned it, of course. Asked if he could re-schedule. If he can’t even make an initial appointment, I can just imagine how reliable he would be had I hired out. Bullet dodged!
Worked with Tim on a home remodel where we added a full bath along with pot filler, island w/ sink, and laundry wash station. Tim had the forethought to increase the diameter of the piping to avoid loss of pressure when multiple sources were using water. He excelled at coming up with creative solutions to issues throughout the project. Would recommend.
