Following diagnosis of a degenerative condition on one of my knees, Tim managed to reduce pain and swelling, while increasing my overall flexibility. Over a number of weeks, Tim worked on my overall leg alignment and movement in both legs, rather than just concentrating on the injured knee. This benefited my overall recovery.
