Highly recommend Tim! A couple of years ago, after a bad horse riding injury he fixed up my back in two sessions! I recently went back for an overworked/ painful shoulder and upper back. When I walked in I could hardly lift anything, or look over my shoulder. Following day I’m still in pain but way more mobile and my headfog from what I belive was a pinched nerve is gone. Magical :)

Following diagnosis of a degenerative condition on one of my knees, Tim managed to reduce pain and swelling, while increasing my overall flexibility. Over a number of weeks, Tim worked on my overall leg alignment and movement in both legs, rather than just concentrating on the injured knee. This benefited my overall recovery. If you are looking for an alternative to traditional physiotherapy. Tim is a good alternative.
