got into a minor fender bender a few weeks ago & decided to take it to these guys since i pass them everyday on my way to work. dropped my car off on a monday at around noon. a few days later, (friday morning) i receive a call that they had the whole quarter panel & rear end torn off & new parts put on already. all that was left was the paint. monday morning (exactly one week later) the malibu is all done. unfortunately, the car is no longer in perfect condition but these guys did a fast, professional & all around fantastic ... read more
Nothing but hacks and junkies, the only return customers don't know any better or are just so cheap that's all they care about. If you value quality at all go elsewhere.
Bunch of crooks, it's cheap because they cut corners and dont pay employees. Insurance fraud at its best. Estimate says replace a part? They'll just put a ton of body filler on it and spray paint it with a rattle can. Estimate says to remove and reinstall parts before paint? Forget about it. Estimate says oem new parts? They'll get used parts from a junk yard. Your body work will be wavy, the clear will be rough as hell and full of dirt. Oem repair procedures are a myth to them.
