I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dealership and would strongly advise others to stay away. I came in to look at a vehicle and had to go inside to ask for assistance. When a salesman, Eurebe, finally came out, he leaned on a nearby car, scrolling on his phone, barely acknowledging me. I purchased 3 cars at Tim Dahle including a 2019 Infinity Q50 and 2004 Nissan Maxima. Service on the Maxima was good. When we purchased the Infinity the service department had fallen victim to a new system which I find greedy. There does not seem to be any Customer Loyalty at Tim Dahle. We were required to purchase 2 oil changes with the new Infinity. This allows the service department to recommend maintenance and service. I requested a battery check on my second oil change.
