I’m leaving a 1-star review because I no longer trust the service department at Tim Dahle Nissan. For several years, I consistently brought my Honda CR-V here for oil changes and general maintenance, and I paid for their service packages. I had a recall and specifically went to this dealership because the reviews were better than the one closest to me (figured I'd do an oil change at the same time). I wish I took the risk and went to the dealership closest to me. I decided to look under my hood just for curiosity after the fact, and found that my coolant was shockingly low. During the multi-point inspection, they reported that the coolant was okay/passed inspection in the green level.
