The people are kind, but their practices are almost predatory. They'll ignore warranties and charge you for services that are covered. They will also tell you they can't fix something that's covered under a warranty, and then after your warranty expires they'll try to charge you to fix it. Separately, I brought my car in for some diagnostics that they said should only take a couple hours.
