Dylan was amazing. My daughter bought her first car from them and she had a lot of questions in regards to the mechanics. Dylan was extremely patient with her and made sure they solved all of her issues and answered her questions. Took my Nissan rogue in due to the abs brakes locking up over a metal construction plate in the road. Nothing around me. So a big safety concern with it deciding to slam on the brakes when it feels like it. The service team couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Fine that doesn’t bother me. My 2017 rogue hybrid with under 60k miles apparently needs an entirely new ecvt, with a quoted cost of over $13k. More than the vehicle is worth. It’s out of warranty now. I bought it used in 2023, but felt good about it because it had such low miles. It’s been well taken care of. Make sure you get a second opinion. About a year and a half ago the screen went out on my Armada (come to find out it is a common issue for that generation). Took it here and paid $70 for diagnosis and repair quote. We were told they needed to replace the unit for over $5,000.
