Just as an update about this horrible company. After finally getting them to leave me alone with their 6 calls in 120seconds. They waited over 12 hours then called the police making false claims saying I called in a bomb threat. If you tell these guys you don't want their horrible service they will call the police and make things up. After about 20 minutes on the phone with the officer and recommended he listen to all the calls he agreed and said he would call back if he had other questions he didn't tho. I do NOT recommend this service shop. I regret taking my nissan sentra to this service shop. I was told my car had a problem with one part we paid a little over 1,000 to get it fixed when my husband went to pick up the car the engine light went on (the engine light wasn't on when we dropped it off) they told us the part they installed was defective and they would fix it at no cost to us. my husband went to get an updated of pur car 4 days later they told him we now needed a fuel pump and he needs to pay another 1,000. Russ in the service department was super friendly and helpful. He got my car back and serviced really quickly! I got my tires rotated and an oil change! He was awesome! Rhank you!!!!
The employees at Tim Dahle are extremely kind and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they made sure I understood the process and what I was purchasing. The employees seem to really care about you as a person not just a customer. I will forever buy from Tim dahle
