It’s been several years since I’ve seen Dr. Lynch and his therapy has stuck with me & helped me identify behaviors I needed to change. While some of these reviews call him arrogant, rude & senile, I’d like to point out one shouldn’t attend therapy to be coddled and expect to hear only what they want to hear. I, for one, appreciated his getting straight to the point and pointing out some harsh realities about myself that I’d been wanting to ignore. Dr Lynch has been a Godsend to me over the years. I walk away from our sessions rejuvenated and ready to tackle the challenges of life. He has helped me navigate some very interesting and challenging social situations. Also he has given me the courage to move away from those situations into areas that I am more equipped and suited to. I highly recommend !!!!
If you like being shamed and insulted your first visit by all means, this is the therapist for you! He had known me 30 minutes yet he felt he knew me well enough to say " your marriage isn't worth saving." About my proposed career change "right now you couldn't sell real estate. Your whole demeanor says 'you wouldn't want to buy a house would you?'" He insisted (based on what I don't have a clue) that I harbored deep anger against my daughter. Dr. Lynch is an incredible person. He has not only helped myself, but countless others. He is straight forward, he has an Irish way about him that is genuine. If you want to get better he is your guy, if you want to be coddled, look elsewhere.
