Tim was very responsive and called my husband back within the hour when we needed a faucet replaced in our master bedroom half bath. Bill came out to replace the faucet and he was very courteous and professional. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and was helpful in showing me how to shut off the water in our house incase of an emergency.
