Tim was a fantastic agent to work with. He took the time to get to know us, and showed us a wide variety of homes and neighborhoods, so that we were able to make a well informed decision when it came time to buy. He pointed out things like the direction the house faces, and how it would be affected by the sun - little things like that you might not think of when seeing several houses a day! I have known Tim for many years. We worked together at an appraisal firm when he moved here from California. He told me he could get me into my own home, even though I was recently divorced with two young children. With his guidance and expertise, I found my dream home in 1996.
