Just had my gas fireplace serviced a week ago. Tim was the only one available before Christmas. He was on time and courteous. He took off his shoes at the front door. He laid plastic sheet down before he worked on my fireplace. Tim completed the most thorough cleaning and inspection my fireplace has ever had. He took his time and took everything out. He vacuumed, added more embers, cleaned the valves, thermopile/coupler and glass front, etc. My mom has his card in case she needs her fireplace serviced. Don’t waste your time ... read more
Fantastic service from Tim! He was able to quickly schedule the appointment, showed up on-time, accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue, all at a very fair price. I definitely recommend Tim and will have him perform all my gas fireplace service needs in the future.
Great service. Did a great job servicing and setting up our gas fireplace. It was quick and the fireplace looks and works great now. Highly recommended.
Tim called me back the next day, showed up on time, and did a great job for reasonable prices .plus showed me everything I needed to know for operation .
Tim was on time (called when he was on his way too) and got right to work when he arrived. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem with my 17yr old gas fireplace. He charged me $5 for the needed switch, and was done in about an hour. He cleaned everything out, and used a special cleaner specific for the front fireplace glass, so the entire thing looks great.
