Used the garage for the first time, never again! I was quoted a price for 2 tyres but they failed to mention the price quoted did not include VAT and fitting? The parking outside is non existent and cars have to be abandoned on the street outside. The reception area was chaotic but it was closing time as the garage kept my car from 9.30am in the morning until 5pm to simply fit 2 tyres.
I have been using this garage for a number of years and have always found the service to be excellent but today was exceptional. I took my car for its MOT at 1pm, only to find that I was 24 hours too late ! However, they still managed to accommodate me at 1pm today, despite how busy they clearly were.
