Thanks Tim for your ‘never say die’ attitude with our 12 volt problem. After testing all the variables, including the possibility of a battery fail in a four month old van, our fault turned out to be a bad battery connection. Great to get some good old country service. Highly recommended.
We had trouble with cables to our caravan being damaged. Tim booked us in at short notice and did a very neat and professional job in repairing the breaks and sheathing the cables so they were better protected. All done at a good price and with a friendly manner. And we were able to continue our travels without losing time.
I can’t believe that there are still tradesmen with the customer service like Tim. We had a problem with our slide out’s motor and Tim said he will drop in on his way to lunch and have a look, next day he invited us around to do what I had to do and assisted me along the way and nothing was too much of a problem. The cost was minimal and we feel like we have made a friend. A rare dealing with such a professional man. Thank you Tim.
