Tim hired independent contractors to do my roofing work and they didn't know what they were doing. They nailed the shingles in the wrong places and the shingles came off in two years! Additional work contracted for was never finished!

This man is morally bankrupt. When he reads this I hope he understands how much he sacrificed just to screw me out of money he was never owed. He likes to walk into homes and bedrooms without permission. He does not complete the work and did not do a walk through for accountability. Also, just an FYI he has no clue was an "itemization" is. He will send you a bill that looks something like this: Downstairs 5,100 Materials - 2300 Odds and ends 800 Hia sins are finally catching up to him.

A complete snake. DO NOT sign anything he gives you!! He could use it against you if you are not satisfied with his shabby work and take you to court. He didn't fulfill his part of the proposal but still managed to sue me. He will manipulate to maximize your insurance claim and will manage to take ALL of it, and then some. As a side note, the creeper will just waltz into your house, without notice and without knocking, like he owns the place, to meet with you.
