This place sub contracts out the work. Tim Bird hands out job to subcontractors and takes a cut. They also asked for payment about five times within a day....I constantly got asked about when I was going to pay. You also get sort of pressured to start the work asap. Giving two stars because the sub I worked with was OK.
Had Tim Bird Superior Contracting come in to do a remodel on my smaller galley type kitchen. I'm so glad I found them. They did the job on budget, quicker than expected and with special attention to detail. They tradesmen that they have working with them are also at the top of their game. Can't say enough. Would highly recommend and I expect this company to stand the test of time and continue to have success based on their close attention to customer service and detail.
Can you believe these pictures are for the same house?!! Unbelievable how gorgeous the house is in the after pictures..This is our house that got flooded when my family and I were on a vacation for a week!! It was absolutely devastating at the beginning then we started looking for a contractor to fix the house..We heard about Tim bird contracting and we trusted them..and I’m sooo glad we did because look at this!! I am an interior designer and I must say that Tim Bird from Tim Bird Superior Contracting is a great contractor and extremely professional. Tim Bird is hardworking yet caring. He keeps the needs of his clients in mind through the renovation process. He is also very honest....honest about the time needed for a project or projects completion and the amount of materials needed. He is knowledgeable and I’d recommend him to my friends and family.
Tim and his team are real pros. Their experience and know-how shows in their quality of work. Not only that, but they beat multiple quotes we received for several projects on our home. Absolutely Grade A recommended.
